Scapinelli was both a designer and retailer in 1950`s in Sao Paulo and his style was very much away from the mainstream designs of his fellow retailers. Forget the fact that this is a radiogram... it's just a great piece of lighting sculpture! We have never found an example of this model before and have no doubt that this was a specially commissioned piece.
Note: Generally good condition with markings fully consistent with vintage. The radiogram will need attention if you want it to work; we suggest you just buy it as a fabulous sculpture and light and use your iPod instead.
