Iordansky was a Monumental & Decorative Artist, Painter & Graphic Artist. He studied in the Higher College of Arts under AV Shevchenko and NI Shestakov between 1922-1939. He was a Member of the Association of Painters of Russia 1928-1931 and Russian Association of Proletarian Painters 1931 and has participated in exhibitions since 1929. The Grand Prix laureate at the Paris World Fair of 1937. Author of paintings, dedicated to the history of revolution, monumental-decorative works for the entrance hall of the Dobryninskaya Metro Station and the lobby of the Ukraina Hotel. The exhibitions of the artist's works were organised in 1935, 1963, 1964, and 1975.
