Cow hide arm chairs with the tops of the arms impressed with the "B&B Italia" logo. Table of tubular steel, painted and lacquered wood. Antonio Citterio (born Meda, 1950) now lives and works in Milan. He is an architecture graduate of the Politecnico di Milano and since starting design in the early 1970's has worked for many leading manufacturers such as B&B Italia, Flexform, Flos, Pozzi e Ginori and Vitra.
He has also been engaged in architectural works dealing with construction projects and interiors both in Italy and abroad and still lectures all over the world.
Among the many awards he has received, perhaps the most important are his two Compasso d'Oro awards (1987 and 1995). His work is internationally recognised and his designs and products are part of the permanent collection of MoMA and the Centre di Pompidou in Paris.
